TEDx Speaker on Human Connection & Relational Intelligence, Coach & Co-founder of Home of Connection helping organisations and leaders build the relationships that drive real success - in business, in leadership, and in life.

After 15+ years within luxury, leadership & relationship psychology - I've learned that the companies that will succeed in the next decade aren't the ones adopting AI the fastest, they're the ones who understand how their people relate to each other, to their clients, and to the tech they're working alongside.

That means genuinely understanding how people connect and intentionally designing for it.

I deliver keynotes, workshops and advisory for organisations including Google, TikTok, L'Oréal and Channel 4 - helping leaders attract and retain their most important people, and designing client and employee experiences rooted in meaningful connection.

I also coach a number of ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs wanting to gain clarity and visibility at pivotal moments in their career.
