Hi, I'm Ellie,

TEDx Speaker, Advisor, Coach & Co-founder of Home of Connection reshaping how people connect and lead. I deliver training, consult brands and host events to help businesses attract and retain their most important people.

I also coach a number of leaders and entrepreneurs at pivotal moments in their careers, supporting them to navigate the next chapter with clarity and intention.

Having developed my career within the luxury industry over the past decade before studying women’s leadership and relationship psychology, all my work focuses on how we can leverage the power of relational intelligence to accelerate career development, create more connected workplace cultures and unlock opportunities.

I have worked with brands including Google, TikTok, L’Oreal & Channel 4, and reguarly speak at universities such as UCL and LSE. I also host an event series for women leaders and entrepreneurs to spark curiosity, collaboration and deeper conversation.
